How to use the Resources area to deliver ILL documents When you receive an Inter-Search Inter-Library Loan request from another network member, you can now choose to supply this document through the Inter-Search resources area. This is a temporary document sharing area where you can post PDF and other document images to be collected by the other library. Note that for security reasons web pages cannot be posted through this service. Where a category of "document delivery" is chosen, the document you upload will only be visible to the target library. It will automatically be removed after one month. In the ILL request, you will now see a new link
To upload your PDF or other document image, simply click on the link in the email. You may then be required to log into Inter-Search to complete the upoad. The following page will appear - use the BROWSE button to search for your document and then the UPLOAD button to transfer it to the resources area. If your upload is successful you will receive the following message: Your document has been uploaded and an email advice sent to themeail@thelibrary.
