2.2 Designers

Website designers are responsible for crafting the website and page layouts. Designers usually require HTML coding knowledge to create the page layout to allow the page editors to enter the page contents. Website designers usually only require access to a give section in the CMS. A section consists of multiple different document types such as HTML pages and CSS style sheets. A designer usually requires access to multiple documents and document types such as style sheets, scripts, images, and the other document types required to put together a web page. To grant a user access to a whole section, follow the steps below:

1	Click the Access button located at the top of the page, and then the Sections hyperlink corresponding to the user.
2	From the available sections, select the Design option for the sections that you wish to allow designer privileges for this user.
3	Click the Save your changes button to apply your changes.
