Hands-on training course

Time and place

Koha workshops and training for library staff can be tailored for the needs of particular clients. A standard training program is conducted over three days at Prosentient's premises in Ultimo. Sessions run from 0930 to 1600 and lunch is provided.

Course outline

In the case of small libraries their staff will normally be involved in all of the following sessions. Larger libraries with more staff and role specialisation may decide to send staff to some or all of the following sessions.
 
Day 1: Koha configuration workshop: clients make preliminary decisions on the Library's desired Koha settings

Day 2: Using Koha I: concepts and practice using the following Koha modules
